Older Realistic Katara

...Man, do I have a horror story about this one. So I'd planned on having this done earlier this week. Y'know, things were going great, I wanted to try something new... and I'm over like, 3/4 done. So then, while I'm working on it, my computer crashes. Okay, no big deal. I've saved it a bajillion times. But then when I go to open it, I find that the file has been CORRUPTED or some shite. Now, I'm not a very emotional person. But I crawled on my bed and cried for a good ten minutes. Anyway, I started over. I... don't think this is as good as the original. But that's the way things work, you know? Some people were born lucky. But not me. I've always had to fight and struggle, and that's made me strong. It's made me who I am.

Ooookay. So about the actual piccie... I wanted another projectish thingie besides the Tarot (next one soon, I promise!) So I thought I'd try realism in paint shop pro (yeah, yeah. I can't afford the good stuff.) I thought I'd have a go at Katara.
...It's been a learning experience for me. I'm not pleased with anything in this picture, but hopefully someone will find enjoyment in it.

For Katara, I looked at a lot of Native American facial structures, since that's what the Water Tribe's physical features remind me of (except for the blue eyes!) Uhhhh... I don't know if I succeeded in rendering that.

But, well. And that's all I've got to say about that.

...Except that noses suck >.<

Also, I think I might do other chars this way, starting with Toph (I decided I don't have enough females in my gallery.)
