Hai for the comic, around 33 years of age, still dressing traditionally.

His swords are kodachi; in the steampunk country resembling Japan I have created people who aren't of noble birth can't carry katanas.

You have a good knowledge about the feudal Japan, but I unknew your hero was not noble, was he not a general?

You're right, in Japan he would not have been able to be a general because he wasn't noble... but in the country I made that resembles Japan (but isn't really,) a person can work their way up to general even if they aren't noble... though it's not very common. There's a lot I have changed, mostly either aesthetic (since it's steampunk,) or just for convenience =)

Oh, I'm happy to hear! Glad the world sounds interesting.

Actually, the team I'm working with won't have the actual comic started until probably the end of summer... the website itself with the information should be up sooner, however... maybe by next week.
